These traditional Yoga Teachings are a great addition to one's regular Yoga practice on the mat, as well as provide understanding on how to embody these Ancient Truths and Guidance in one's daily activities.

I will take you through a series of informative and interactive sessions, built around the limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as presented in the Sutras of Patanjali.
The sessions include:
- Interpretation of Yamas and Niyamas in the context of our modern living
- Assignments for self-observation and reflection in-between the sessions
- Space for follow up discussions and questions during the sessions
- Practice of chosen Pranayama techniques

Recommendation: Allow yourself for at least 10 sessions to go through all the Yamas and Niyamas, and practices of self-observation in the light of this timeless Wisdom.
Each session is typically 1h long.
